Nephila
A 30 minute team co-ordination and trust exercise. The team must navigate their way through a web without disturbing the Nephila Spider. To do so, they must physically support each other as they pass through the web.
. Breaks down barriers and inhibitions in the team
. Raises levels of support and encouragement within the team
. Demonstrates the need for co-ordinated effort
. Encourages forward planning
. Breaks the ice at the start of a meeting or energises the group at any time
